How do I use the Premium Retractable Queue Barrier?
Use two or more poles to create a barrier system – simply connect the pole to the base, extend the belt and lock into place on the next pole to create straight lines and angles.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped using TNT and a consignment number will be supplied in the order confirmation for tracking purposes.
Standard delivery costs £8 (FREE on orders over £120) and takes 2-3 working days.
Next Day Delivery costs £11.50 (FREE on orders over £140) and orders must be placed before 5pm to guarantee next working day.
Remote and offshore areas are subject to additional charges and longer delivery times.
All prices exclude VAT and carriage. Alternatively, customers may collect their order from our warehouse – select this option at checkout.
Returns

We cannot accept any returns without a unique Silverback Visual Returns Number.

Goods that are received damaged must be signed for as damaged on receipt. We cannot be held liable for any goods that are damaged in transit and not signed for as damaged on receipt.
